Default Re: starting problems?? (honda craz)

my teg did that last week and this morning just one click and nothing else...scared the **** out of me too ... but it eventually started...i took it to my mechanic and he said it sounds like the ignition coil because there is no spark but the fuel pump works(my starter was recently rebuilt so that was not the problem), I also talked with one of my supervisors who drives a boosted H22 prelude and he said the same thing.

Here is a way to check(according to my boss): take off your cylinder 1 wire and plug then connect the plug back into the wire boot. Have someone try to start your car and see it you can see a spark in the plug(BE CAREFUL)

Imma change my coil, cap, and rotor tomorrow and see it that helps. Also does anyone have any say-so on the MSD blaster 3 coil, and their cap and rotor....or should i just go OEM...don't mean to thread jack
