I have an issue with the car starting...it cranks and cranks and then starts...the car is running quite rich...the distributor is new...new NGK V Power plugs...new wires...new battery...new starter...no MSD...golden egale fuel rail with AEM regulator...new fuel pump

the setup is PR3 head with B20Z block

 

Does it do it all the time or only certain times?

 

from the sound of it, it sounds like the motors getting flooded out causing you to have a difficult time starting... do you have a way to tune it?

 

What ecu are you using?
