There is no ground at the starter, the starter grounds through it's case.

Your problem may be a grounding issue, to check, leave door open so dome light stays on, watch dome light as you try and start the car, if the dome light goes out when you hear the "click", you have a grounding problem, redo your main grounds, batt. cable clamp and post, batt. to chassis ground and chassis to engine ground.

If dome light does not go out it is not a grounding problem and is most likely the high current contacts in the starter motor solenoid... https://honda-tech.com/forums/showth...+starter+motor 94

Never seen a ground lead/cable on and Integra starter, and all the wiring diagrams I have looked at do not show one.

Some thing added maybe, post a pic of them.

Not even sure why it would need one as the starter grounds through it's case to the engine, [transaxle] 94

i cant find one. but ill take a pic of mine. its a brown wire.

People have issues with this because they put the wrong starter in their car and the ground wire burns and melts.
