What's your budget?

Here are the basic and most popular management systems. It should depend on the tuners in your area though, ideally you want to go talk to them first and they can guide you from there.

Lower end:
S100
S200

Middle:
S300
Neptune RTP

Upper:
AEM
and various others

Agreed. There's no point of getting a certain tuning software if there's no one in your area that can tune with it. Talk to people in your area first, and see what people are capable of tuning with.
