Not to at all to remotely answer your question, but if you've ever changed a shock on the car, thats how you do it, you just need a spring compressor.

Tools are a basic ratchet set, box/open end wrenches. (10&12mm most common)

Spring Compressor. A lot of auto parts stores rent these cheap.

It is a real easy thing to do. You remove the shocks, compress the spring, remove the top hat, de-compress the spring and take it off. But the new spring on. You should not have to compress the new spring. Put the top hat on, put the shock back in and you are done. Repeat 3 more times.

70 bucks? i still think that's expensive buy me lunch and 20 bucks and i'll do it for you. But yeah as the guy say it's really easy. They're 2 bolts on bottom you need to get off (lower control arm bolt and the bolt on the actually shock). And 2 bolts on top (2 on each side in the engine bay, vice versa in the rear hatch). There's a DIY Article on Team-Integra.net if you look in there.
