Im getting H & R lowering springs. But im wondering how long the stock shocks will last or even if I can use these springs on the stock shocks. Cause I only have enough money for the springs right now.

You can use the stock ones, but the life of them will be significantly lower. If i were you i would just buy the springs and wait a little longer and get some KYB adjustables for around 350. Its well worth it.
the exact same labor that is involved in putting in lowering springs is involved in putting in shocks.. or springs and shocks.. I would save up until you can afford both and put them in at once.. either way you save time... if your doing it yourself you save time and save yourself the labor involved in taking apart the suspension twice (also getting an alignment twice)...
if you pay a shop to do it.. your not only saving yourself time (driving your car to the shop and either waiting or dropping it off/being w/o your car) and you also save yourself money (labor costs) by doing both at the same time...
how long they will last really depends on their current condition.. which pretty much every car is different and no one can really tell you...

depends what kind of springs your matching them w/...
KYB AGX are good and low cost but if you go w/ lowering springs (or coilovers) lower than 1.5" your warranty is void..
Koni yellows are good but cost around $550 or so.. I've had mine for 3+ yrs w/ Eibach sportlines and haven't had any problems w/ it at all..
Tokicos.. since the other 2 shocks are adjustable I'm assuming your talking about the Tokico Illumina's ... I don't have first hand experience w/ them but on my friends car they seem to perform and be holding up alright...
as for me I went w/ the Koni yellows and I'm happy w/ my part/product...

the eiback pro kit lowers 1.3 front and back. would the kyb shocks mate well with the pro kit? do you have any idea what the spring rate is for the pro kit?

theres a couple people w/ that exact combination (KYB AGX and Eibach Pro-Kit) so they can probably answer your questions better than I can since they have first hand experience w/ that exact setup.. ...
