Default Spring/Shock install help

I just bought KYB Excel G shocks and Eibach Pro Kit springs, and Im having trouble installing these.. I got my bumpstops and dust covers (kyb sb108) as well , but ive never installed suspension alone before and cant figure out how they go on. The bump stops came with a washer and they dont say where they go. Im also unsure how to assemble these period... Only done <1970 cars and wasnt in charge of the suspension.. Dont I have to put a zip tie or hose clamp on the bottom of the dust cover to hold it in place? This is how I THINK its supposed to go. Please correct if Im wrong.

I bought the car and it had blown shocks and some cheap ebay coilovers. They had all the washers, bumpstop washers, and everything just above the top hat right under the nut, so I know they arent right. That diagram helps, but it doesnt seem like the bump stop should be at the bottom because the bump stop sits inside teh dust cover and the dust cover would be pushed down to only about half an inch if it were on the bottom

The diagram is correct. Once you put the works together, it will make sense. The bump stop actually rides up and down on the larger diameter of the center pipe.

This is following the diagram. It just doesnt seem correct to me, but I could be wrong lol. Hows this look?

this is the only directions that came with the bump stop. Thats why I was putting the bump stop up top.

The multilingual instructions appear to be the wrong ones for the dampers you have. It looks to me like those instructions are meant to be for Macpherson struts. The exploded parts diagram you posted before looks like OE, except that it incorrectly calls the damper a "strut".

I don't know how your aftermarket (ugh) parts are meant to work, but it certainly looks to me as though the bump stop ought to somehow go inside the bellows. Can you push the bump stop through the BOTTOM of the bellows?

There is no other way. Just to slide it down.
