Default spring question

debating on whether I should install my neuspeed sport springs myself or have a shop do them on my 96 teg. Is it a difficult procedure

Not really if you have the right tools. Do some searches on the Internet - there are some good walkthroughs with pics floating around.

do it yourself..just make sure you dont bust a slipknot and have the place install the back ones in the front...(off road rally racing edition GSR)

This is a big one. If you don't have a spring compressor, be safe and take it to a shop.

yeah man, you should just do it yourself (you'll save money). it really isn't too hard, it just takes a while. as for a spring compressor, check out a local auto parts store and chances are you can rent one from them for like 30 bucks.

It's easy, but if you have bolts that are stuck it makes it more difficult.. and if you're 'ghetto' like me to compress the spring w/o a compressor, I used alot of big zip ties, then placed the bottom of the shock against the wall to make sure it wont fly off and kill me. Worked for me.
