i did on the first two drops i did. the first still had a very noticeable negative afterwards, i had always blamed it on having cheap coilovers (weapon-r, back in the day). my next drop's camber was almost fixed by the alignment, but tire wear suggested otherwise. i never asked specifically to have the toe set to 0, but i've always assumed they did that anyways

Well yeah they should. Toe is the only thing adjustable from the factory anyway, so if you don't have a camber kit, an alignment isn't going to affect camber in any way. My car has been sitting at about -2.5 or more negative camber in front for like 75K miles now, and yet I still get 30K-35K out of a set of ES100's.

How do you you adjust spring height.
You need the coilover sleeve for that.
Strut/Spring combos...You can adjust the dampening if its adjustable on the shock, but not the height.</TD></TR></TABLE>
I could be wrong, but I thought the spring could be slid down and up on the threaded piece it sits on?

I think you're talking about coilover "sleeves".
Like the Skunk2s, Ground Controls, etc. Don't confuse these against full and "true" coilovers.
You don't slide the springs, you adjust the rings or I dont know the specified term. They are all the same concept. Sleeves go over stock shocks/aftermarket, whatever and can be adjusted in the same fashion as true coilovers.

YEA YO YOU SHOULD GO WIT DA COILOVERS PERSONALLY, I HAVE GROUNDCONTROL WITH KYB GR2 PERFORMANCE STRUTS AND THE RIDE FOR ME IS EXCELLENT, PLUS THERE IS THE OBVIOUS YOU ADJUST THEM AT ANY GIVEN TIME. AND YOU DONT AVE TO WORRY ABOUT IF THE DROP IS GOIN TO SUIT YOU.
AND ABOUT DA CAMBER MY CAR IS TIRE TUCKED FORNT AND BACK AND MY CAMBER IS GOOD EVENTUALLY I PROBABLY WOULD NEED ONE BUT AS OF RIGHT NOW THE ONLY THING YOU COULD SEE IS THE FRONT TIRES IN JUST A LIL BIT BUT ALOT OF PEOPLE ASK ME DO I HAVE A CAMBER KIT BECAUSE IT IS SO GOOD.SO I THINK YOU SHOULD GO WIT DA COILOVERS.
