i got a 2000 gsr and my speedomet doesnt work. if any one knows why because i dont. i changed my VSP sensor so my tach works. HELP please help. i just got a turbo in my car adn its useless because i aint got vtec. thanks

 

Go back and make sure that everything is connected. and did it not work after the turbo install. if so then who did it? You may want to go to that person and have them look it over since they should know what they disconected. Also i dont believe that the vtec has anything to do with the speedometer.

 

vtec hsa nothing to do with the speedometer, look on top of the tranny for plug and for a pair of wires comming off of the throttled body that need to be plugged into the tranny.

 

i think when u run with no speedo it might throw a code thus disabling vtec.

 

Does the odometer work?
