NGK

I prefer Denso Iridiums to the NGK's but everyone has their own opinion.

The majority of the general information, such as spark plug choice, won't be found in a chassis specific forum. Search the entire site and you'll find entirely too much information on the subject.

If your not a noob act like it, I've just did a little search in the INTEGRA forum itself and it came out with over 87 response's. I seriously doubt you know how to utilize the search function with over 4000 post's. I, myself have responded to this spark plug question almost half a dozen times from different users.

Alright, cool. Also, a local shop has some twin electrode Iridium plugs that I'll be testing soon. They're made by some company in Germany, I'll let you all know how it goes.

I definately know how to use the search function! to you! Get over yourself!!! Your not the only one that contributes to threads.......i myself dont reply to everyone's thread telling them to "SEARCH" even if they are NOOB....i happen to see only 3 threads in the integra forum when i typed "spark plug" and only 1 thread found when I typed "spark plugs".........i did a general search and got only 26 found and 18 found using the same words......over half of them were people asking what plugs to run with certain compression/boost/02/etc....the rest of the threads were non related to my question.... but rather regarding spark plug wires......

BTW, thanks for the reply Kendall! Let me know how those twin electrode iridium plugs work out for you

When i say your a noob for not knowing how to search effectively, i have my reasons. You've obviously didnt click on "archived content" when you did your search. If you did, you'll know what i mean.

what brand is this? ngk's?

anyway, ive used autolites before and they work fine, just check the gaps according to spec and don't forget to use anti-seize on the threads

ive heard good things about ef-1 plugs, i'll try those when i change my plugs next time. HTH

also where did you buy the seafoam stuff?

yes...they're ngk's... go to the seafoam thread under integra and go to the last page...the guy has an extra bottle, he's willing to sell it + shipping. get it from him if your local auto store doesn't have it... i got mine at napa.
