Spark plug help
I just bought some NGK oem plugs and the box says that you should adjust em to specific gap for the vehicle...my question is, are they already pre-gapped or do I need a gapping tool?

I'd still double check. If the gap isn't right, it's not a good thing.

they are suppsosed to come pre-gapped, but with all the banging around during shipping they can bend a little, in any case the idea is that you are not supposed to gap a platinum plug cause it might damamge the electrode. however just be careful with it, and you will have no problems... Ihave had problems before where non-japanese plug makers dont understand that the B18c has a 1.3mm gap not a 1.1 like every other honda out there, and love to sell you the correct plug with the wrong gap (champion (still my favorites), bosch (trashed them in 3 weeks, oh you mean you have to fire at 8100 rpm....135 times a second....naw we dont think so), ND (why did I pay that much agian, when the NGK's were only 2 dollars a plug more)....
some reason I have used a lot of plugs (by choice for the most part) in my 5 years with this car!!
