Did your clock and inter lights work before?
Sounds like a blown fuse! Take the kick panel off by the hood release either your clock, inter lights or radio fuses are blown.

This is a common problem when installing new decks. Check your BACKUP fuse in the engine compartment. When I worked at a stereo shop, I would get at least one customer a week with this problem.

Default It's a fuse

Check the fuses again. The best way to check them is to use a multimeter and check both sides of the fuse with the key ON for 12 volts. Sometimes fuses can be bad and not look blown. Also check for missing fuses.
