Ok here's my issue... Only posted here because it's an Integra... I've been searching all day and everyone says "solid cel is a fried ecu". I get that in most cases, yes that's true. When I take the ecu, put it into my civic, it runs fine no cel. I take my civic ecu and put it into the Integra... Solid cel. Has anyone seen this or even know where to begin troubleshooting??
