i have a 90 ls teg and my car dies right after it starts sometimes just wondering if its a fuel pump or something else and would the fuel pump set off my ecu and make me fail smog? its code 43 fuel system supply..we've changed the fuel filter and checked injectors everything is fine..

 

it can also be the main relay.

i've had a problem where the car will start fine in the morning, after driving for a while, and shutting down, car won't restart for 5-15 minutes. Replaced the main relay, and it was fine.

as for your check engine light, i have no idea. run a search in our archives
