make sure your fuel rail nuts are tight. they don't just secure the fuel rail, they also keep the rail seated on the injectors.

if you smell gas, most likely you are leaking it. When I smelled it, I had a minor leak at hte FMU connections. You aren't going to find a puddle of fuel when the car is at rest or when the car isn't running because the fuel will evaporate long before you see it. I'm pretty sure you gotta look for it when the car is running. But if the probably comes and goes, than finding it will definitely be a bitch. If at a loss I'd just check all the connection point in the engine bay for the fuel line. Make sure everything is tight, if its still there I'd R&R all the fuel connections that I can easily get to in the engine bay.

here's some more advice... when you engine is cool... use a degreaser and clean your motor... when it's all dry and done... prime you car like 3 times... don't start her just prime her, and maybe you can pinpoint where exatly you fuel leak is by looking for new stains or finding the leak itself. worked for me.
