Default Slight pull to the left, tire screeching?

I just took my '92 LS into the shop to get a hub, two wheel bearings and a tie rod replaced. They did a full alignment and told me that the car was hit in the front left and is three degrees off, so it has a slight pull. He said it isn't serious enough to cause danger or tire wears, but I'm thinking differently. I'll be cruising just fine, slight pull to the left but no big deal. When I go over small bumps or cracks in the road, my front left tire screeches off and on. Is this because of the three degree offset? Or could this be something else? Tires are fine, Kumhos with at least 75% tread left. My car is pretty high up, the front is a little higher than the back. Just trying to figure out the best and worst case scenario here. Thanks!

Three degrees of what exactly? Is it camber, caster, or toe?
