Acuraoemparts.com aka Delray Acura, is garbage! I highly recommend not doing business with these folks. Really sh*tty customer service and nobody wants to deal with issues, leading to a little game they're probably professionals at -----> Phone tag = waste of your time. /rant

Here ya go.

I was shopping for my ITR rear sway and mounting accessories about 2 months ago and Delray Acura aka acuraoemparts.com just happened to have the cheapest listings compared to the other online parts stores. Little did I know cheap parts would = to sh*tty service. Taking into concideration this was going to be my first time dealing with this company, I didn't expect too much. I went ahead and placed an order at their online store on a Friday and never received any type of confirmation for a whole week. This excerpt was taken from their website:

When Can I Expect My Order?

All in-stock orders placed before 12:00 noon EST Monday-Friday are shipped that business day.

In the event a part(s) must be ordered from American Honda, it usually takes 2-3 business days to arrive to us(unless 1990 model or older then allow 5-6 days) and is promptly shipped to you. Unfortunately, Honda will not ship directly to you, only to Authorized Acura Dealerships. 95% of orders are shipped complete within 2-3 business days of placement.

A tracking number is automatically e-mailed(same email entered on order form) the afternoon of shipment with a link provided for tracking purposes. Beware: Spam-Block Folders can grab Tracking Number email. (I checked my spam mail and they never sent me any tracking #)

In the event a part is backordered or temporarily unavailable we will contact you with an estimated time of arrival. <----- LIES!!
Time in transit depends upon your location. As we are in South Florida, transit times could be from 2 days to the southeast to 5 days for the West Coast.

I decide I'll give them the benefit of he doubt, and give them another week. So another week rolls by and still no email nor phone call from Delray. I decided to give them a friendly phone call for an update on my order. A guy answers and gives me a tone as if I was the last person in the world that he wanted to talk to. I asked him if he could find out the status of my order# that I placed 2 weeks ago. He then tells me to hold and a minute later he comes back to tell me, "We are still waiting on a certain piece of your order and it should ship tomorrow. Tracking # will be emailed to you as well." I told him great, thank you, and hung up.

The day after went by and no email regarding any tracking# was received in my mailbox nor junkmail folder. At this point, I had a very sour sensation in my mouth with this company. Talk about getting the RUNAROUND.

I sent them an email with no response as well, and I finally said eFF these guys and called them again on the 4th week. This time an older fellow answered the phone and immidieatly stated "What do you want?"
(talk about unprofessional) I ran my story past him and he decides to give me this about their internet orders not being complete, correct emails not being given, bla bla bla... pretty much sh*t that did not concern my order, because I double checked my invoice and I had all my information correctly imputed at the time of order. He then has the nerve to ask me, "Do you still want these parts or not?". At this point I was ready to explode, but decided to bite my toungue for a second and told him, "You know what, CANCEL MY ORDER! Thanks for your top notch customer service!" and hung up. I then decide I'll give their Parts manager a call to tell him/her about their "great service". Little did I know, the guy who I was talking to was the manager. LOL There ya have it. That's my sh*tty experience with these folks.

Their company can fall off the face of the planet for all I care.
