Just wanted to point out that this is a message board and new members will have to learn how to use this system to their best ability. But having moderators cutting them down just because they are looking for an answer to a stupid question is just lame, especially if the question is based around the forum that it was posted in. Let the rest of the people on the board flame newbies if it bothers you so much that you have to lock a thread because you mark it as a worthless question. Any question that has anything to do with an Integra should have a fair chance in the forum. Hell I have seen questions that have nothing to do with Itegras that have been posted and should have been posted in another forum go the distance for days. Now I can see if someone is constently asking the same question over and over, but I hardly see this(and I monitor this board for probably5-7 hours a day for questions that have not been answered). I'm not trying to throw around any hate, I just see that the moderators are making it hard for some newbies to like this board. Knowledge should be shared not locked.

i agree... stupid question or not, it should still be taken as a honest question and try to answer it for em. we were all at the lower stages at one time and didnt know the answers to these kind of questions. i agree 100% au-gsr.

and also, if it has been discussed before just tell em to search. we are all here to <U>HELP</U> eachother... not argue to death!

 

 

Its as simple as this.

If its a question that has nothing to do with TECHNICAL assistance with these cars, its gone. That means "what day do you like driving your INTEGRA" and "what music do you listen to in your INTEGRA" are both history.

If its a question that was JUST posted or one where the exact same question is literally 4 threads down, its locked as well.

If the post gets out of hand with name calling, e-thuggin', or ridiculous ****, its gone.

Some pictures posts MAY be ok, but if its basically just "show me your shift *****" its gone as well.

We try to just keep Honda-Tech chock full of TECH discussion, thats all. Not to say other things wont be tolerated sometimes, and Im not saying that sometimes mistakes are made. But overall, thats how it works. If everyone abides by that, which Im sure everyone agrees is what makes HT enjoyable, then theres no problem.
