side molding Question
hey all,
I had a little accident with my driver side door
and my molding got bent up, where can i get a new molding. BTW my moldings are the paintable ones not the black ones. Ive been told the black ones cant be painted. anyone knows where I can get the paintable ones???

You can get them from Acura.
I would check junkyards and local bodyshops. You'll save a penny or two over new oem parts.

buy one like you had, painting the black ones is not the best way to go. You might want to check with a body shop if you did not tear up old molding to bad you might be able to get it repaired.

Well I can post up pics, but its embarassing of what I did to something i love soooo much, Its like beating the **** outta ur girlfriend. But lemme see If I can get some pics up for u guys to see my **** up
. And I did ask a shop to fix the side moldings, but they say there will be a line and it will be visable, cuaz they have to heat treat it.
