94-97 98-01 are different, but it's pretty much all cosmetic stuff...bumpers, tailights, steering wheel logo, gauge cluster background colors, etc. so yeah, it should fit just fine.

94-99 gsr has a different header than the 00-01. You can also look for a 94- 01 ls exhaust for your car. It will fit.
EDIT:
See if you can find a sound clip for this particular exhaust, most exhausts like that that come off ebay sound like a coffee can filled with bees.

I think it actually sounds pretty good and it also comes with a silencer which is to my liking. I'll probably end up getting this. I would like to get a real nice one but my upper ball joint just snapped so I am waiting to see what the outcome of that is, so that kinda hurt my fundage.

Here's a link to one that is on a da...

I think it sounds good, but it won't fit. You need a 00-01 GSR or a 94-01 LS exhaust, the 94-99 GSR header is a different length.

My car does have a dc sports header on, so will i still need the 94-01 ls exhaust?

They have the same exhaust for a 94-01 ls, I guess I will just order that one if this is still the case.

Thanks

If you have the 00-01 GSR header and cat, you need either an 00-01 GSR exhaust or 94-01 LS exhaust...

The shop my car is at is going to try and fix up my rsr. I'm hoping that comes through.

If not I'll probably end up getting the ls one.
