B&M
Skunk2
But I have an AutoZone short shifter, been in my car almost 3 years and I couldn't be happier with it.
And yes it is better than B&M in my opinion.

imo, as long as it comes with its own sealed bearing, they're all the same. i have a ractive ss in the integra, and a megan in the crx. no problems so far.
btw, who breaks shifters?! dont shift that damn hard! you're lucky you just broke you shifter and not your tranny.

My tranny shifts buttery smooth even below freezing w/ GM Synchromesh friction modified fluid, and even with 185K miles on the tranny.

Personal preference. I hate the stock shifter, row-boat throws and rubbery feeling that sucks IMHO.
Really the only difference between the Skunk2 shifter and my AutoZone shifter is the material (steel vs. aluminum) and consequently the weight. Everything else is the same (shape, height, sealed bearings, etc.).

I'm thinking about replacing my tranny fluid with GM Syncrhromesh and see how that goes before I go back to the stock shifter. My current short shifter does't slide into gear very easily.

i had a neuspeed short shifter that came on the car when i bought it, i then switched to stock and i like it better..the throws are not that much different but the stock one sat alot closer to my arm so i could keep my gansta lean

Tell me about it, the throw distance from 1st to 2nd and 3rd to 4th are sooo long. I have to use my whole ******* arm almost.
