this is basic mechanics 101, take off the valve cover, grab the remaining part of the stud and unscrew it, too many people into the computer part of tuning, and not enough basic wrench skills

I really do appreciate the help everyone! I just need to get the part as no one in my local Honda parts are bc they are closed for Lunch right now. Anyone ever get it from anywhere else and possibly have the part numbers?

Thanks and is that from acura directly bc their parts department closed at 1:00pm... FML! If we extract it and I was to wait a couple days if acura didn't have them. Do you think I would have any issues with not having a stud in that spot until I could get one?

Those are OEM parts numbers.

As for whether it would cause a problem I'd guess no more than you're having now with nothing holding that corner on but I wouldn't put a new gasket on there if you're gonna do it that way. I can't say I recommend it but you gotta do what you gotta do. I'm free all day Monday too if you'd rather wait til you got the parts.

My only concern is they'll have to possibly order them... I'm off on monday too. I'm always off on Sundays so if you feel more comfortable doing it when I've got everything then I'm available any Sunday you could help me.

I'm off every Sunday and Monday. My only hang up is I'd rather do it right. I prefer not to half *** other peoples cars. If you just want the old stud out and you'll take it from there that's no problem. We can get that done.

Whenever possible I avoid shortcuts on my ride or others I'm working on. If we're gonna do it right I'd prefer to do it with all the parts at once if you're okay with that.

Completely understand I definitely don't want to half *** this either. Monday is the earliest I'll know if the parts are available I'll shoot you a pm or a text as I have your number. I really do appreciate it!
