?'s about cooling/AC fans...
for the wire harnesses for the cooling fan a AC fan there are two wires : one is black and the other is blue. normally the black wire is a ground wire and the other would be the positive wire. So my question is that true with the fan wire harnesses? i just replaced both of my fans for my upcomming turbo install and want to make sure i have this correct.

if you have the voltage reversed the fans will spin backwards and will push air towards the radiator rather than sucking, though black is the standard for negative and from my experience with my 91 RS, they follow the rule.

if your talking about the stock fan then, you can't switch the wires....it will keep going the same way, but you can take apart the fan and reverse the blade.
