Default Running lean.......what to do??

I installed an Autometer A/F gauge, AEM FPR, and Apexi Vafc today. Everything went smooth except now im running lean as hell. On WOT im all the way into the red according to the A/F gauge and at idle it slowly moves back and forth.......i mean really slow. While on other cars with the A/F it moves back and forth with some speed to it. Anyways whats the best route to bring me back to stoic? The FPR w/no PSI gauge or the Vafc? I am open to all suggestions. I know the A/F is not 100% accurate.....but i want to be atleast in the middle of the A/F gauge.

Here's a list of my mods:
Greddy PE catback
AEM CAI
GSR head on B18C5 Block(pistons,crank,rods)
Mugen Headgasket
AEM FPR(no gauge to monitor PSI)
Apex VAFC
JDM 4-1

try getting a fuel pressure guage and set the fuel pressure to the proper setting. it can be to low which will cause you to run to lean.......
