I hit a the edge of a widewalk while turning and now my alightment is off, i think i need a control arm because the right front wheel is pushed back a bit and the rim(swirlies) is bent in a bit. bent enough for some of the coating to crack like its going to strip later.....not worried about the control arm, i will get it today, but is it ok to have the rim like that or would there be any effects?

Unless its leaking air (use soapy water to check) then your rim will be fine, the seat of the tire and rim isnt probably messed up at all, it would take alot to damage that.

Fix your control arm, test the rim for leaks, but i wouldnt suggest doing any insane driving on it.

 

Is this just cosmetic damage or does the wheel wobble when rotating (runout)?

 

got the control arm and the wheel wobbles, the rim is bent....cant be straightened right???? so looks like its time for some rims, but if i can get some swirlies or one, that would be nice...so any of you selling swirlies???????
