I need help trying to figure out whats wrong with my rev limiter...Its an Integra Gsr 1995...in 2nd 3rd and 4th the rev limiter kicks in at 7... but in all the other gears its 8100 or a lil over...is something wrong with my ecu???

 

yeah there is change your ecu or get it chipped i can get you a spoon chip but you got to dissolder your old chip so you can put your new one on

 

That's very strange. I'd say something is wrong, but I can't say for certain it's your ECU.

The fact that it does it in certain gears doesn't really mean anything. The ECU doesn't differentiate between different gears. Possibly it might do it according to different load levels. There is more of a load in higher gears.

Are you throwing any codes?
