Replacing door key lock...
Well it seems like somebody tried to break into my 01 GSR and messed up my driver side lock. Looking at it you can see it's slightly twisted but I guess I"m lucky becasue they didn't get in. How would I go about replacing this....I"m assuming a call to the lock smith will be in order. Any ideas on what this should cost?
I could of swore the same topic about a week ago. Anyhow i had he same thing happen to me if you can replace it yourself ive heard it isnt that hard just a retaining clip holding it in. Does it no work or just bad looking?
A locksmith probably won't be able to fix an Integra’s lock, but you can give it a shot if you like.
If you have a reasonable comprehensive deductible on your car, report it to insurance and you should be able to get new tumblers all around, because they are only sold in a set if I remember right.
My passenger lock is just like this and the key doesn't work anymore, but it's not a big deal being on the passenger side. Your case is a bit different.
