Default Replacing the clutch

I searched around but couldn't find a thread w/ my specific dilema. I have a 1995 Integra LS, bone stock.

The original clutch is worn and desperately needs raplacing. I am a nearly broke High School student and will try to do this w/ the help from my dad. I will probably replace w/ eaither the OEM clutch or an Exedy Stage 1. I am confused as to what needs to be replaced: the clutch, flywheel or pressure plate ( is it better just to replace all while I'm at it?) I would also like to know f the kits come w/ just the clutch or pressure plate and flywheel. I thought of getting the Stage 1 from Tuners Choice
http://www.tunerschoice.com/xq...t.htm
Any experiences w/ Tuners Choice?

Cliff Notes: Can you tell me if the Stage 1 clutch in the link is all the components that I need to replace the clutch and that the Stage 1 will be a better replacement compared to the OEM clutch. Is Tuner's Choice a reputable seller?

Thanks

replace the clutch, pressure plate, throwout bearing, i think that is it....you might want to get the flywheel resurfaced, but it isnt necessary. Im in the same boat, i dont even want to mess with all that labor myself. Good luck.

edit: i stand corrected, you NEED to resurface the flywheel.

it is important to resurface the flywheel, if not replace it during every clutch change, but since flywheels are relatively cheap and getting in there is a pain in the ***, its better to have the peice of mind that it is new and there should be no problems....
trust me, made this mistake myself.

First off, I would recommend http://www.clutchcityonline.com/ for an Exedy clutch. I've done business with them many times and they are great to work with plus have great prices. Their Exedy clutches come with a pilot bearing, throw-out bearing, pressure plate, and clutch disk; everything you need. I've put 4 Exedy clutches in just this year and all have worked out great. They use new parts, not refurbished crap you might get at a auto parts store.

There is absolutely NO reason to replace your flywheel if there is no significant wear to the surface. Just bring it to a local machinest or even auto parts store and they should be able to resurface is for $25-$45. A stock flywheel will be more reliable than an aftermarket one, I've never heard of a stock Honda flywheel that has been properly resurfaced fail (some people try lightening them and taking off extra material, this is where you can run into problems).
