Default Regular gas

I just bought this integra last month and the fuel door says prem. fuel only would it hurt my car at all if i put reg in thanx for the input.

In the long run, yes it will hurt. The lower octane gas will cause premature ignition of the fuel/air, causing a pinging (or knocking) noise. This will damage your engine if this persists.
