i've got a 90 integra w/ a b18c1 block, jdm itr internals, and complete itr head. i'm using a pr3 ecu. problem is i'm hitting redline at around 7200 where it should be 8200 w/ the stock b16 pr3 ecu. any ideas? i'm getting a cel for the oil pressure. however w/ my vafc vtec will still engage. apparently the ecu pin is not staying in the plug all the way which is throwing the code. will this be causing the early redline? i'm pretty sure it's not the ecu that's bad because i swapped it w/ another pr3 and it's doing the same thing.
