That would be considered a standalone fuel managment system, not an ECU techincally. But like I said your original question is too vauge to give a good answer.
Boost ? All motor? Nitrous? Setup? Plans? etc, etc... Youre going to have to provide more info for us to give advice

i recommend u getting a p72 if you're using the stock intake manifold or a p28 if you're using skunk2/blox/victor x or any other aftermarket intake manifold.
