Default Recommendations...

It might not be for a lil while since winter is around the bend but... I was thinking of changing headers... (maybe skunk2?) and getting a new exhaust line. what can you guys suggest would be a good upgrade from a stock db1 rs

So you are changing both headers? I would suggest only changing one header to start, if you change both you could blow your motor. I would also suggest searching, as this question is asked every day, you will probably find an answer.

HEADER is a waste of money unless you spend a crap load, basically cheap ones do nothing... get a nice catback exhaust, MAIN

those expensive *** headers are the best, but there can still be a decent gain from a cheaper header over the stock piece. JDM DC, JDM ITR, and hell even the megan header will show some decent gains on the dyno. same car and driver with the stock header isnt going to be as fast as the same car and driver with a reputable aftermarket header.

Ah, theres nothing like a $1500 header/exhaust combo...

Dude, don't Ebay it, you WILL regret it, 3/3 headers that I've seen people buy from Ebay, have either cracked in under two weeks or came cracked...
