i think it would just be easier to buy the hub/baring instead trying to find a civic drum no?
do you happen to know the part number for it?
it's 150, worth it? if it's about the same price as OEM, wouldn't OEM be a better choice?

Take the rear caliper off and see how it spins by hand. If it is rough or makes some noise it the bearing. Take the caliper of so it will be easier to spin.

Here's an idea: you should physically check the suspension out for yourself, instead of just guessing and loading up the parts shotgun. We can't look at your car for you over the internet.
You didn't bother to tell us what year or trim level of Integra you have, nor did you mention any aftermarket components or modifications, so it could be any number of things. Visually inspecting the car and checking freeplay in joints and bushings with a pry bar will more than likely uncover the problem.
Pay close attention to sway bar end links, sway bar bushings, control arm bushings, and the trailing arm bushings, as these are all common sources of knocking/clunking noises. Faulty wheel bearings do not make such noises.
If you don't have the tools, ability, or know-how to check the car out for yourself, then you should be paying someone else to do it - it's going to be a lot cheaper than spending $100+ on a hub and bearing assembly and installing it only to find that it didn't solve your problem.
Yes, I am a huge *******. You can thank me later.
There are no ball joints in the rear suspension of any model year of Integra.

Re: Recommend a rear wheel hub/bearing?
What year and sub model is your Integra?
94-01 w/ABS p/n 42200-SR3-A53(NTN)
97-01 (USDM)Type R p/n 42200-S03-C51
94-99 non-ABS p/n 42200-SR3-A06(KOYO)
When ever I have bought bearings from AutoZone or NAPA they have always been NTN bearings. Didn't matter if what I bought was a Timken or cheap Duralast(even if you buy a Koyo hub you get NTN bearings).
EDIT:Are you saying to use the drum hub or to remove the bearing from the drum hub and use it with the disc hub? Nether of these IMO are a good choice.

The clicking started after i switched my structs w/ springs, switch to blox LCA, put brand new wheels and tires, and took out my stock rear sway bar.
The clicking continued after i switched to full coilovers, switch to skunk2 LCA, put the ASR subframe brace w/ ITR sway bar, i even switched the wheel on that side to a donut and the clicking continues.
That's why i ruled all those out and think it might have to do with my RTA.
The car is a 2000 GSR btw.

Ok, so the clicking started after you put blox lower arms on etc. and you think its the bearing?
ever think it could come from some of those non oem parts? test them for play/noise as targa250r suggested!
