Default Rebuilding the engine

Ok so i have. 95 ls motor with 110xxx miles. My car burns oil like no other i smelling it in the car and a cloud of smoke when i come to a stop. I did q compression test cylinders 1,2 are low so i came to the conclusion its my rings.
My question is when i do the rebuild should i replace parts with oem or just go to autozone
Parts to replace are:
rings
rod bearings
head gastket
all seals (inc valves)
mayb oem pistons
and arp head studs
timing And water pump was replaced about 5k ago or less

Whats brands would be ideal fo daily drivig. And mayb a lil boost next yr.

Oem for the simple reason that the quality is much better than just about any after market part because Honda has to warranty all of their parts.
