rebuilding engine

I have a 98 integra ls. Im thinking about rebuliding my engine. What is like the first thing to do or when building the engine and whats the last. I want to do it step by step and I need help.

first off you need a good idea of what kind of power your looking for. forced induction vs naturally aspirated. how much money you want to spend. high performance vs oem.
