Can the rear seat cushion be removed without removing the rest of the upper seat?

If so what’s the easiest way to remove it? I’m trying to get access to remove the rear seat belt buckles. Thanks for the help.

The upper seats are very easy to remove, but you should be able to fold them forward and pull the carpet back and remove the 10mm bolt that's holds the bottom cushion. then you just pop up each corner from the clip.
