really bad surging
I have a 97 honda civic with the b18c1 swap in it. I bought a skunk2 manifold and it's been fine forever. However now my idle got bad. At start up it idles at 3 grand then after about 30 seconds it bounces between 1500 rpm and 3000-3500 rpm. I first read about the IACV causing bad idle and I replaced that but it still didnt fix it. However when I took off my short ram and felt inside my intake mani there is two holes. When I cover up the lower one my idle evens out. Anyone have any ideas? I need help bad.

</TD></TR></TABLE>Check the fiv valve "common problem".Its mounted on the bottom of throttle body or mounted to im under the tb.Remove the fiv,and take off the flat plate "2 screws holding" and you will see a white plunger, screw it back in snug and reassemble fiv then put back on.This should work for you.I did a search for you https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1564019
