OK this has been bothering me for a few years now. A few years ago I was in Austin and my car got broken into Christmas morning and my aftermarket stereo got stolen. I later bought a new headunit and wired everything up with a new mounting kit. However, there's nothing holding the radio to the car and it occasionally slides out a bit. What am I missing...I can't find any diagrams of parts and my stock unit doesn't help me find anything that would have bolted the radio to the dash.

 

Install the rear support strap on the aftermarket head unit. I used the rear support bracket on the staock head unit to connect this.
