The code will <U>not </U> be found on the back unless it was hand written. Honda does not write any codes on the back of their radio's. If you want, Email me the radio's serial number on the back of the deck and I will get you the code tomorrow at work!

check your fuse box cover. ther might be a sticker on it with the code. i'm referring to the fuse box under your hood.
if it's not there, open your glove box, and on the sides, the sticker might be there.
i know cause i work at honda

The easiest way to get it is with the code/serial on the sticker that is on the headunit.
That's the code/serial you Need to give to the dealer to get the activation code for the headunit.
Not sure where that fuse box one came from, it doesn't really have anything to do with the headunit.

you need to give the serial no. on the deck. the dealership will just type that in and the code will appear. like magic
when the dealership does PDI's on new cars. there is a couple radio code sticker given, usually it'll have the radio serial no and the code. there are 2 places to put that sticker. usually they put that sticker on the cover of fuse box(the one under the hood). that's where mine was. i bought my car used and i didn't get the radio code card, but i found it under the hood. the other place they put the sticker is on the side of the glove box.
save yourself 10 bucks by checking to see if it's there. i do it for ppl all the time. remember not all decks need a code.
