Default radiator overheating

ive had an accident, the entire front end was replaced, everythings brand new, but everytime i fill up my rad with coolant, it runs perfect and everythings fine for a few weeks, then it seems the temp hand gets hgher n higher on the guage, and sooner or later ittl keep going past the H
in red zone, and sit there if im idling for a long time, but soon as i accelerate it goes back to 1/4 but i notice everytime that happens i need to add coolant? so is it burning it? or leaking? i doubt its leaking cause i never see ne spills or leaks or nothing, any1 know nething?

try bleeding your coolant system to get all the air out, turn ur car on with the radiator cap left open wait for your car to warm up and add water when needed and wait till it stops bubbling

if it goes away when u accelerate thats defitnatly without a doubt the headgasket.

the system works under pressure... massive amounts of pressure... so when ur idling the pressure in the cooling system is high enough to go into the combustion chambers but when u accelerate it represurizes the system since the coolant cant come in during acceleration so things cool down super fast...

i had this problem on my original engine...

replace the headgasket and more than likely u have to get the head milled.... around here its about 35$ to get the head milled.
