I have a 94 gsr. My radiator has a slow leak. I add to it coolant every week or so. I am going to rplace the whole thing. But cant till my check comes in a few weeks. I jus need to know how I can find the leak, so i could do a temporary fix. Oh yea one last question is there a certain kind of Honda power steering fluid do I need? thnx

p.s. I know power steering fluid doesn't go into the radiator for whoever might thought i was going to do that.

Re: Radiator (nightryder21)
Honda/Acura fluid is the only stuff that works... Napa sells it next to the standard PS fluid... If you use the cheap **** the rack will squeal like hell... the honda fluid is only like a buck more...

Re: Radiator (Mikeman191)
Fix your rad asap. Its not worth dealing with the problems from overheating.
You could wreck your engine or tranny or both.
Call junkyards or post on the classified section here for a good used rad.
You should be able to pick one up for around $75 or so.
Do it now to avoid headaches.

That is what I used.

Jack up the car and see if you can find a trail as to where its leaking from. Before you go replacing the radiator, I would check the hoses and hose clamps first.
