Race wiring - No distributor spark

Race wiring - No distributor spark
I'm lost here. I'm wiring a 2001 Integra for strictly road racing and cannot figure out why I'm not getting any spark at the distributor. The basics - 2001 Integra, OBD2b ECU, OBD1 harness, JDM OBD2 swapped engine with conversion harness on distributor, injectors and alternator.
ECU is getting 12.54 volts to IGP1 and IGP2 and power grounds are solid. Logic grounds are solid, all pins have continuity to their respective plugs on the engine harness. 12.54 volts going direct to the alternator and starter solenoid from the master kill switch. Starter is switched from the momentary and cranks the engine.
Now where the problem is coming in... I am getting 12.54 volts through the black/yellow power wire to the distributor but I am getting no spark when turning the engine over. We have tried 4 different distributors and all getting the same result.
Another question that may pertain to the issue - I purchased this engine from hmotorsonline and was told it was a OBD2 jdm b18b. The head, intake manifold, alternator and distributor are definitely OBD2. The block, however, does not have a crank position sensor. I wouldn't think that would stop the engine from firing either way but maybe it does? I'm lost at this point.

Re: Race wiring - No distributor spark
why in the world not an obd2 harness. thats alot of work and hassle to deal with when you go with obd1 harness in the obd2 car.
or if its just for RR.
get obd1 ecu with obd1 harness. ditch teh dash harness or go around it to connect ecu to engine harness.
sounds like obd2 issue.
crank should have the sensor. but being jdm dont think they had them. jdm dizzy?
google crank position sensor trick. obd1 to obd2 honda

On another note, I figured it out. It was an issue using the OBD2 ecu. I can't tell you exactly why the OBD1 works and the OBD2 doesn't as the engine is an OBD2 but I switched out the ecu with an OBD1 P75 and it fired right up.
