Default Quick Question

After my car has sat over night (engine is nice and cold)....if I drive it about 5 minutes to a buddies garage, about how long would it take for the engine to get good and cold again? My guess is a few hours, I just wanted to get some feedback on this. I'm planning on adjusting my valves this weekend and his garage is alot more comfy than doing it out in the street. Thanks.

id say depends on how you ran it? and if its boosted. if its boosted and you just drove it normally. probably 7 hours and if its normally aspirated. probably around 5. im not sure exactly i never timed it but just to be safe. maybe let it sit overnight in the garage and do it in the morning

Two pizzas and four beers, followed by a 2.5-hour DVD, should do it.
