Sounds like one or both of your fans isnt working.My 94 Accord did the same exact thing...when your moving,theres enough airflow to keep things chill,but at redlights theres not any hence the high temp.Start your car,turn on the A/C and pop the hood.Go look and see if BOTH fans are running,they should be,if not you've probably got a dead one. You can unplug them and check them for continuity with an ohm meter as well.Hope this helps.

naw those arent feathers--its fur...that's a darn huge rat! birds dont have those kind of legs..look like a rat's or some sort of vole. Learned from Owl Pellet dissection in 8th grade! the skull has has huge teeth, which i guess could make it look like a beak..

lol i'll be darned if a bird climbed up from under...gotta be a rat..they get EVERYWHERE. that's freakin crazy though. to kill those things you gotta go by cervical dislocation = breaking its neck. so...when the fan turned on...
