stock GS-R, SiR-II, 92+ LS, and CRV is 60mm. and if you visit maxbore.com i think it is, he can do you for +4mm. in that case it's 12.2% increase. just FYI, you can go a long way just doing a nice smooth venturi before the plate. like make the entrance large and slowly blend it down into the 60mm throttle.
PS: 60mm is the plate size. the inlet end is like 62mm, but the plate is only 60mm.
