quick muffler question!!

quick muffler question!!
k i have a apexi n1 style muffler on my car with a comptech b pipe. im wanting to get rid of the muffler. k so heres my question, will a 00 civic si muffler bolt up to my comtech b-pipe? or am i going to have to mod it at all? im just asking cause my friend just has one laying around. any input will help.

good reading
2 bolts and u dont even have to jack the car up. if u call that a 'hassle' then u probably wouldn't want to mod more.
