Questions
I was wondering how much lower people have gotten their Tegs. Cuz I looked at mine and it doesn't look like I can get it much lower. Also what kind of spoiler would look good, I want one, and don't have one. Also are the Konig Rated R rims good? If I have 15s right now, and I get 17s, what all would i have to do to my car? Would I have to have stuff done to my speedometer? Thanks

you're not gonna get many replies with a shitty title like "questions". seems liek the most people ever lower their tegs is like 2.5 inches. get an OEM spoiler - IMO they're the best.
2.5 is pushing it! Any lower and bye bye header, plus it'll ride like ****. I like the flush mount spoilers that just barely flip off the deck. Or the factory style.
The lower you go the less shock travel you have (with slight exception for stroke adjustable shocks). This is extremely detrimental to your handling.

Go with a set of coilovers, most go up to 3" lower, but most shocks won't like the drop. Also the ITR spoiler looks good on integra's if you dont like the no-spoiler look. I like mine w/o it better
My car has stock suspension right now. And I have street glo on it, so I have to factor that in. What about rims. Which is better: Konig Rated R of Volk TE 37? And is the ITR spoiler or the 3 pc. mid wing better looking?
If you get springs that are stiffer than OEM, generally speaking it's a given that you need the proper damper to control the springs. And, stock shocks will degrade quickly on a stiffer spring.
In other words, consider any these brands and install them as well:
KONI (8041)
Tokico Illuminas
Bilstein (this requires the rear LCAs to be swapped with the ITR counterpart - for tegs)
KYB/AGX
etc...
