Default Question about octane for high compression?

I have a built B20 vtec with 11.5:1 compression.
My question is:

Would it be wise to use 91 octane gas from a good gas station (ie shell, chevron, etc) or should I use 92 octane from no name gas station?

Both are about the same price...

11.5 will easily be streetable on 91, even without tuning.

I doubt the brand would matter. However stick to what you know runs good.

I was always told the theoretical max for 91 pump gas was 11.6 : 1. So you should be all good.
