To find out if there is any cylinder dammage (or ring dammage) you can do a compression test/leakdown test to be a little more specific. Depending on the extent of the dammage there may or may not be more dammage that could occur from continuing to drive. If you think you fed up your car that bad, take it somewhere dont take risks.
